Newtons Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery was established in 1998 by David & Dot Newton, Cooriemungle dairy farmers.

After half a life of enjoying wine they decided they would live the dream and have their own vineyard.

To their delight they discovered they already had the perfect paddock, high on the ridge with a superb northerly aspect, well sheltered from the prevailing winds of the Southern Ocean.

The Newtons set about planting their vines and produced the first vintage in 2001. As the years went by they had continued success at many Australian wine shows.

The winery now produces an outstanding selection of both red & white wines, estate grown, handpicked & hand made on the property.

Newtons Ridge Estate produces award winning Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Rose and a beautiful Sparkling Trio; made the French Methode Champenoise.
